I’m writing this review only 20 min. after having a tooth extracted…. Why? Because I feel great!!!! Trips to the dentist can often cause anxiety & fear. However, my initial visit to Dr. Johnson to get my xrays and exam she made me feel so comfortable and informed about what was happening inside my mouth. I had previously had a root canal done on a back tooth and a silver temporary crown covering it. The tooth had been giving me lots of pain and discomfort for quite some time. But being nervous about dental visits I ignored the occasional pain the tooth was causing until I couldn’t any longer. After searching through reviews & looking for dentists that accept my insurance I decided to give VIP Smiles a try. Dr. Johnson doesn’t accept my particular insurance but after reading such great reviews I decided to try her out for myself and pay out of pocket for my procedure. And let me tell you, I made the perfect decision for my dental care. I didn’t feel any pain at all during the extraction. She talked to me and explained what she was doing the whole time and was sure to keep checking with me to ensure my comfort. She explained what she was seeing with the tooth as she removed it. D

Yesterday, my son and I received a cleaning from Dr. Johnson and I promise we was grateful for every last minute of her service. She was kind, patient, and I didn’t have any anxiety. My teeth are very clean and feels good. Most of the time I avoid the dentist office at all cost, but Since I have been going to VIP smiles my trust in Dentistry has increased. Thank you Dr. Johnson for restoring my faith in dentistry.

Dr Johnson was friendly! She took her time during our visit, explained things, was nice and extremely gentle while doing my cleaning. Her dental assistants are nice and polite. Nice small intimate office. Happy to be a new pt.!

Dr. Johnson & her assistant were simply amazing. I felt welcomed & at home from the beginning. The level of professionalism & great customer service was 5 stars!.....my only advice, is to please come with a sense of humor & ready to laugh. These ladies are hilarious!!! I will definitely refer my family & friends. Also, I have scheduled additional dates for Dr. Johnson to help get my teeth back healthy & strong. Thank you Dr. Johnson for your service! I recently visited Dr Johnson after not going for 2yrs. I loved this office when I first became a patient and I still love it after returning 2yrs later. Dr Johnson and her assistant are always very pleasant and professional. Every experience is always personalized and I haven't ever felt lost. Getting dental work done can be very scary but at this office I'm always at ease. Never overly crowed or over booked. Always an in and out experience.
